Threading and Deburring in same operation
Since a few years SmiCut has produced a solid carbide thread mill that can thread and deburr in one operation. The name of the tool is called ThreadBurr and gives a burr free thread on one side.
Now Possible with Deburring on Both Sides
Now SmiCut provides Double ThreadBurr that gives the thread deburred on both sides.
No additional time for deburring and countersink is needed. The deburring operation is made automatically when thread milling, which gives you the deburring without any extra costs.
Made on Customer Order
The tool is only made on customer order as the size depends of the thickness of the material that will be threaded.
