FourCut – Inserts for Grooving

SmiCut continues to develop their FourCut Threading Tool. It is now available for Grooving applications.

No anvil is needed as extra clearance is ground on the flanks to give better cutting conditions. It means you don’t have to think about helix angle and which anvil to choose when threading. Same toolholder is used for all thread with pitches up to 3,5 mm and now also for grooving up to 3,5 mm width.
